Is it the North Branch of the Kish a little ways downstream from Countyline Road?
If I win do I get access to an antidote for PDD?

Good guess, this stretch does look surprisingly similar to the north branch of the Kish but alas it is not the Kish.

Update:
Here's a hint, there is a canoe launch on the right side of the river where there is a break in the shade from the trees. Photo was taken from a bridge. The put-in is actually a pond off of the river, during summer it is nice and green leaving a nice green scum layer on your boat.

As for the antidote for PDD, Tom is the keeper of this 8-)

And the answer is................................

The picture is of the Des Plaines River, taken from the bridge just upstream of the Route 60 put-in. This relates to PDD since the Des Plaines River was one of the few places with flowing water during the ridiculously cold weather earlier this year.
